Statuario marble protection
Statuario is among the rarest marbles quarried, with dramatic grey veining on a luminous white ground. When a slab is that hard to replace, protecting it from day one makes sense.

A Statuario slab cannot be matched once it is damaged. The film makes sure it never needs to be.
Every slab has its own veining. Repairing or replacing one section rarely matches the rest, which is why prevention matters more with Statuario than almost any other stone.

How we protect it
Why it is special
Statuario has been quarried for centuries and is the marble of classical sculpture. It is known for a bright, almost translucent white ground crossed by bold grey veins, and good slabs are limited and expensive.
Because every slab is unique, a damaged section cannot simply be swapped out. A replacement piece from a different block will not match the veining or the tone. That makes prevention far more valuable than repair.
Statuario is often used where it will be seen and touched: statement islands, dining tables and powder room vanities. Those are exactly the surfaces that meet wine, citrus and perfume.
